Neurofeedback bei Posttraumatischen Belastungsstörungen Online

Post-traumatic stress disorders (PTSD) have a wide range of causes and present with diverse symptom patterns, especially in cases of complex trauma. Traumatic histories are often also underlying factors in other diagnoses, which must first be recognized as such.

In addition to an introduction to PTSD as a clinical condition, the course focuses on how specific neurofeedback modules - ILF training, synchrony training, and alpha-theta neurofeedback - can be effectively combined in the treatment of traumatized individuals.

It also presents strategies for how to proceed when treatment stalls, where to intervene therapeutically if individuals are not yet ready for neurofeedback, what dissociative states mean for neurofeedback training, and provides immediate exercises for acute anxiety states. All of this is presented in a practical manner and illustrated with numerous case examples.
