• Denna kurs syftar till att ge dig insikt och kunskap i hur Alpha/Theta och Synchrony kan göra skillnad, särskilt hos personer med en bakgrund i trauma. Tillsammans med ILF-HD Neurofeedback är dessa två viktiga redskap i Othmer-metoden. Både Synchrony ochAlpha-Theta används där klientens behov inte löses optimalt med ILF-HD träning. Metoderna används ofta hos klienter med PTSD, ångest, sömnbesvär kopplade till trauma och tidig anknytningsstörning.
• Kursen riktar sig till dig som har gått vår grundkurs och som har praktiskt utövat metoden under en tid och som nu vill ha fördjupad kunskap.
• Vad är Synchrony och Alpha-Theta, och hur skiljer det sig från ILF?

Immerse yourself in the world of neurofeedback and learn everything essential for a successful start – conveniently online and directly from your practice. Experienced instructors – themselves recognized practitioners with extensive therapeutic expertise – will guide you step by step via video conference, both theoretically and practically: from the correct placement of electrodes and operating the software to selecting the appropriate treatment protocols for your clients.

Live online lectures and engaging discussions are complemented by practical exercises that you can carry out directly in your practice or at home. If required, BEE Medic will provide you with the technical equipment for the neurofeedback practicum (subject to availability and deliverability!). Throughout the course, experienced instructors as well as technical support will be available as dedicated points of contact.

Since the neurofeedback practicum is completed in pairs, please register together with a professional colleague.

Description du cours

Alpha-Theta and Synchrony Training are, along with ILF-HD Neurofeedback, important components of neurofeedback according to Othmer. Alpha-Theta and Synchrony Training can be important therapy components especially for post-traumatic stress, anxiety and sleeping disorders, but also in peak performance therapy.

The course teaches theoretical and practical basics of these methods. In addition to classical and historical training protocols, the focus will be on the latest developments and the opportunities they offer. In the practical part of the course you can get to know the different variants of the training yourself. The personal training protocols, training effects and the further procedure will be discussed in small groups.

Prerequisite for participation is an (Online) Basic Course with training providers accredited by BEE Medic. The practical self-awareness is possible if there are no contraindications and participants have used ILF Neurofeedback in at least 15 sessions on themselves.

Join us in Barcelona for a hands-on introduction to Neurofeedback. This 4-day in-person course is designed to give you a solid foundation in clinical Neurofeedback, from electrode placement and system operation to protocol selection and patient assessment. The author and the lecturer on this course, Olga Kara is a neurobiologist with specialization in psychology, human neurophysiology and functional diagnostics of neurological diseases (EEG, QEEG, ERP analysis). Olga has extensive experience in the application of ILF and frequency-based neurofeedback protocols. Through this training, she will introduce us to the basics of applied psychophysiology, EEG analysis and evidence-based neurofeedback protocols. During the practicum participants will also have a chance to record an EEG and create a QEEG report.
