This 2-day advanced course on Alpha-Theta Training offers clinicians a deep dive into one of the most transformative neurofeedback approaches, designed to facilitate deep-state experiences for clients. Building on foundational neurofeedback knowledge, Alpha-Theta Training explores the intersection of brain wave states, conscious and subconscious processes, and guided imagery to promote profound therapeutic outcomes.

- Describe the appropriate physical setup and client introduction as preparation for a deep-state experience.
- Demonstrate electrode placements and system setup for one-channel referential Alpha-Theta training.
- Explain the process of setting up and conducting two-channel Alpha-Theta training.
- Understand Clinical Applications when deciding when to introduce Alpha-Theta training with a neurofeedback client.
- Describe when and how to combine Alpha-Theta (deep-state) and ILF (awake-state) training.
- Explore Practical and Theoretical Foundations
- Incorporate best practices such as integrating guided imagery and post-session reflections to enhance session effectiveness and identify impediments to successful Alpha-Theta training and strategies to overcome them.
