Mental health of therapists - Expert Talk about the role of Neurofeedback
‘Hand in hand for mental health in the workplace’ - this is the theme this year's Mental Health Week and we want to join in with this motto by talking about the mental health of therapists.
After all, mental health is a key factor in our quality of life. The last few years in particular have put the issue centre stage. At the same time, the need for support and therapy has increased, as has the workload for therapists. They are often faced with long waiting lists and a stressful working day. Their own mental health often takes a back seat.
We therefore want to talk about neurofeedback. Neurofeedback can not only help many patients, but the relaxed therapy situation during neurofeedback can also bring relief and ease to everyday therapy.
Agenda
We are looking forward to an exciting conversation with Dr Wiedemann and Dr Dawn Harris and will discuss, among other things, the following questions:
- What does it actually mean to be mentally healthy?
- How can neurofeedback help?
- And how does neurofeedback actually work?
- How can therapists benefit from neurofeedback?
They will also talk about the personal benefits they derive from working with neurofeedback.
After the info day
- You know what neurofeedback is,
- how neurofeedback is used in clinical practice,
- how therapists also benefit personally from working with neurofeedback, and
- were able to take away exciting impulses from two wonderful neurofeedback experts
