Course description

This 2-day workshop is designed for participants who want to use neurofeedback in the area of peak performance with athletes.  In principle, the content is transferable to other peak performance situations, i.e. wherever maximum performance must be achieved at a specific point in time. 

The workshop focuses on optimal performance at a defined point in time. For this reason, special psychological aspects of competition can also be addressed. The theoretical approach is based on a model of systematic focusing of attention (hypnosystemic model). 

Participants will also have the opportunity to gain practical experience with selected aspects of sport psychology training. The connection to and integration of NF training will be an important part of the workshop.

• Neurofeedback wakefulness training
• Use of alpha-theta neurofeedback
• Hypnotic exercises and demonstrations
