Neurofeedback is a non-invasive therapeutic approach that involves measuring brainwave activity and provide real-time feedback to the patient for improved self-regulation of their brain function and endogenous symptom management.

In our courses we teach the so-called ILF neurofeedback, often referred to as the Othmer method. Its development has been initiated
by the US Scientists Siegfried and Susan Othmer and has been in continuous development for decades. ILF Neurofeedback is an individualised, client-centered, non-prescriptive symptom-based method.
