Thank you for participating in a neurofeedback course with one of our partner providers. This guide will walk you through the step-by-step process of setting up your borrowed equipment, ensuring you’re ready for training.

When you receive your course equipment, carefully unpack all items, making sure to keep all boxes, packaging materials, and the packing slip. These will be needed to properly return your equipment at the end of the course. Inside the box, you will find:

• NeuroAmp
  • NeuroAmp Cable
• 2-ch Electrode set
  • 5 Electrodes
  • 1 Jumper
• NuPrep 4oz
• Ten20 Paste 4oz
• Tactile Device stuffed inside of a Stuffed Bear (Cygnet Courses Only)
• QIKtest (Neurotopia Cygnet Courses Only)
• Neurofeedback Laptop
  • Laptop Charger & Power Cord
• Neurofeedback Software
  • Cygnet or BEE Lab (depending on your course)
  • All Animations

1. Plug the computer into power using the power cord
2. Power the computer on
3. Connect the computer to your internet
4. Connect the second screen to the computer using an HDMI cable
5. Connect the NeuroAmp to the computer using USB A to USB B cord (looks like a printer cable)
6. Plug electrodes into the NeuroAmp according to the instructor's direction
7. Press the Windows button and the letter "P" simultaneously to bring up the project options and select Extend
8. Click the BEE Lab or Cygnet icon in the taskbar depending on which program you are using

1. Confirm Hardware Connections – Ensure your NeuroAmp and all necessary components are properly connected following the steps above.
2. Locate the Software – Click on the search bar in the bottom left corner of your laptop screen and type in the name of the software you will be using (Cygnet or BEE Lab).
3. Launch the Software – Click Open to run the program.
